No, parking will be in the back of the units where you walk in. It will be on a first come first serve basis.

There are designated parking spots in the front of the retail spots for their customers.
Will the retail units be open all day and night?
No, they will only operate during normal business hours with the exception of a restaurant and Port City Java that may stay open until 11:00pm.
Do the retail units pay a homeowners fee like the homeowners?
Yes, they will pay a monthly fee similar to the homeowner’s fee.
What happens to the landscaping if we experiencing a water shortage?
The developer has a well drilled on the property that will be used to provide water for the landscaping.

No, they must exit the elevator lobby and all retail is accessible from the front and back of the building.

They are located in two places. One entrance/exit is located at the bottom of the property on Martinsville Rd, the other entry/exit is located off Lawndale Road onto Braxton Lane. Braxton Lane runs in front of the development.
